The balance may also be paid in euros on arrival at the retreat.

If cancellations are received prior to 3 weeks before the retreat, deposits may be transferred to later retreats or payments may be returned after a 10% administration fee is levied. If less than three weeks notice is received the value equivalent to the deposit will be retained.
