Aprenderemos ritmos de djembes africanos, percusion y canto facilitado por Estrella Estevez - abriendonos tambien a la improvisacion. Dirigido tanto a principiantes como a personas con experienca, y no es necesario saber cantar. Se proveera instrumentos, pero si tienes tu propio tambor puedes traerlo, por favor.Por favor, reserva por adelantado con el:

Summer Working Retreat

Thursday June 12th - Thursday June 19th 2008

All are welcome! We would like you to join us here and share some time with us. There will be 4-5 hours of work a day; meditation; pujas and ritual as we all want (or not). The work will be light building work, gardening, outside decorating, firewood collection etc. - so you will need to be fit and able to do this work!
There is comfortable sleeping accommodation in the house, but it is also possible to camp.

Cost: £45 (60 euros) for the week
We are willing to negotiate on this and possibly on minor adjustments of dates. We have chosen these dates as flights are cheapest. You can also travel by train and bus via Barcelona to Valencia
